2. Our Services We provide renovations, refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, roofing, plumbing, and general construction. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or contract.

3. Quotes and Estimates Quotes are based on information available at the time and are not fixed-price guarantees unless stated in a written contract. Final costs may vary if scope changes, unforeseen conditions arise, or additional work is requested.

4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: providing accurate property information, ensuring site access, obtaining planning permissions where required, and making payments on schedule.

5. Payment Payment terms are set out in your quote or contract. Overdue invoices may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Liability We carry appropriate public liability insurance. We shall not be liable for loss arising from circumstances outside our control, pre-existing defects not identified at quote stage, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability shall not exceed the total contract value.

7. Complaints Complaints should be raised in writing to [email protected] within a reasonable time of work being completed. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.
